Zillow Group is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support sales, service, and operations teams within Zillow Home Loans. In addition to this individual’s passion for building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, they should be a strong teammate who is comfortable driving clarity with stakeholders and who thrives in an Agile SCRUM environment.

This position gives you the opportunities to:

  • Collaborate across stakeholders including with partner product and engineering teams

  • Meet directly with business partners to help them realize their vision in Salesforce using a low code approach to design

  • Manage technical delivery from end-to-end in consultation with product and programs managers

  • Work alongside a team of experienced and hardworking Salesforce program managers, administrators, developers, and technical architects

  • Help hone and document requirements, technical designs, and team processes

  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of third-party products

  • Have the opportunity to help build and scale the Salesforce team as we continue to grow

    • This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

    Who you are

  • 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience or 5+ years as a Salesforce administrator supporting 1000+ end users.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (or equivalent experience and dedication to earn certification in 1 year)

  • Comfort working in a Lightning environment, with an understanding of how to demonstrate its benefits and overcome its challenges

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience with Field Service Lightning is a plus

  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across different industries

  • Experience collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to deliver projects

  • Experience working within an Agile environment
