National Trade Academy is seeking a highly experienced HVAC service technician to become an HVAC Service Trainer & Remote Troubleshooter for inexperienced service technicians. It's this passion that drives everything we do, and if you also have this same passion to change lives, come join our team!What we offer:Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 + Incentives + BenefitsBenefits:A 401 (k) PlanHealth, dental, & vision insurance for full-time employeesPaid vacation for full-time employees6 paid holidays per calendar yearA Monday-Friday scheduleA collaborative environmentThe HVAC Service Trainer & Remote Troubleshooter position is a full-time position.If you have five or more years' experience as an HVAC service technician and are interested in applying, please email your resume now!Responsibilities include:Responsible for supporting less experienced technicians through remote phone and video technologyIs knowledgeable of and adheres to all institutional educational policies and proceduresMaintain technician service call records and participate in technician training and ongoing developmentOwn the primary responsibility of aiding our technicians in the achievement of our company goal (i.e. to give our valued customers a consistent value-added approach) while delivering a Customer First experience.Successful candidates will have the following requirements:Minimum 7 years' experience working in HVAC industryMinimum 5 years' experience working as a Service TechnicianDemonstrated experience and proficiency with installation and repair on all types of residential and light commercial air conditioning, heating and refrigerationUniversal EPA 608 requiredPreferred one NATE certification, HVAC Excellence certification, LEED Certification, RSES Certification, and/or HVAC technical trades school diploma with continuing educational classesSolid foundation of Superheat & Sub-cooling, thermodynamics, electrical, ohms law, and electromagnetismRefer to our website for details on who we are: look forward to hearing from you!
