Corporate Responsibility contractor for a 6-month period, reporting to the Head of Government Affairs and Corporate Responsibility. In this role you will have the opportunity to work across the business and in a small team setting to implement Cares giving and social impact programs. These programs include employee engagement, philanthropy, nonprofit partnership management, and product donation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social impact professional aiming to make a big impact in a short amount of time. The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about volunteering, the nonprofit sector, and have experience managing social impact programs.Responsibilities:* Drive global employee volunteer efforts across the company by providing ongoing volunteer opportunities for employees such as team building events across business units, DEI communities (employee resource groups), skills based, and company-wide options.* Manage employee engagement benefit programs to increase employee participation over time and create a culture of giving at These programs include our Dollars for Doers, annual matching gift program, and special giving campaigns and incentives throughout the year. Report out on metrics on a regular basis to show progress towards targets across these programs. Manage our vendor relationship with YourCause- our employee engagement platform-and ensure we are utilizing all of the features and looking for opportunities to improve and offer new ways our employees can give using the platform.* Manage day-to-day philanthropy and nonprofit partnerships at the direction of the Head of CR. Manage grant platform to track grant applications and reporting.* Drive impact through product donation and cyber safety education and training programs. Manage relationship with global product distribution partner.* Support various projects across the business to reach company and corporate responsibility goals. Cross functional projects can include working with IT, Legal, Business Operations, Employee Communications, and People and Culture.Qualifications:+ 3 +years of experience in a corporate CR setting some experience in Employee Engagment management would be helpful.+ Demonstrated operational excellence with experience managing multiple programs, aligning stakeholders and working independently when necessary, while driving projects and outcomes to completion.+ Strong communications skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.+ Experience with operating an employee engagement platform such as Benevity, Blackbaud (YourCause), or CyberGrants and grants management systems a big plus!+ Ability to think strategically and change program direction if ideal outcomes are not being met to ensure NortonLifeLock Cares has the greatest impact possible to support communities.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
