Job Summary
Come and join our team as Contract HR Project Coordinator. Working remotely you will provide support to our team including tracking information, following up on issue status, resolving routine issues, reporting status to project management team.
Job Responsibilities
Works with the HR Business Partner team to support the implementation of Sales initiatives across the organization Ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines, attention to detail, remain organized and track deliverables Provides support for change management activities as a result of implementation Assist with coordination of project recruiting for new positions Supports the onboarding and ramp up plan for employees hired into newly designed roles Conduct research, perform reporting and analysis and present findings and recommendations Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Strong, detail-oriented, solution oriented multi-tasker Team player who enjoys collaborating to find effective solutions Strong learner with exceptional organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Proficient with Microsoft office suite Workday experience a plus Experience working in a sales-driven environment Typical Education
BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience Typical Range of Experience
Typically have 2 – 4 years of administrative /HR experience Disclaimer
