Position : Lead .Net Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract to Hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:
Attend agile ceremonies
Complete assigned stories within a Sprint (sprints are at least once a week)
Collaboration with Kanban team members for solution designing
Working w/business partners and crew members; being a team player
Must have technical skills, tools, or experience:
Lead experience - demonst***d ability to learn, lead, coach, and drive results.
HS Diploma (w/tech cert or bootcamp is a strong plus)
Bachelor's preferred (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
5+ years of related work experience
Angular Version 2+ minimum
Agile methodologies
Framework in .NET
SQL server
Degrees or certifications:
Bachelor's preferred
Interviews:
1 hr long technical panel interview w/Client partners
