GDIT is actively recruiting a Data Analyst/Task Manager to support the Hosting, Operations and Maintenance (HOM) services for the HIGLAS program in the Windsor Mills office. The program entails the O sustainment for the HOM business applications and implementation of special projects. Teamwork and collaboration will be critical for the success of this role, along with having the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and responsibilities.The Task Manager will be responsible for managing the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with federal government contract in excess of $100M per year. Requires ability to pass CMS background check and meet the residency requirement for having resided in the US at least (3) three out of the last (5) five years.In this role, a typical day will include:Lead the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Impact Assessment Board (IAB) using the Continual Improvement Management (CIM) process and tool in ServiceNow:Responsibilities include working with the customer and technical teams to identify and document opportunities for process improvement.Working with the customer to prioritize improvement initiatives.Driving new initiatives through the assessment process, developing/compiling proposals, estimates, etc.Report on the status of the CSI initiatives.Lead the monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) status report as well as the monthly metric report.Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of HIGLAS Program as part of Centers for Medicaid and Medicare.Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program outputs.Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.Proposes and implement process improvements; performs data analysis; establishing standards for presenting metrics; establishing trends and providing context and commentary for the metric graphs and reports.Develops and annotates graphs and reports.Deadline Driver - reminding assigned team member(s) to complete tasks.Conduct data entry/verification as needed.Set-up and attend meetings and provide meeting recaps.Participates in special projects as required.May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities.May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related area; and no less than 8+ years of a direct project analyst experience in a role on a federal government contract of similar size and contract value.5+ Years of experience in MS Excel, including graph and chart generation.2+ years of experience with data analytics.2+ years of experience with a ticketing system.Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Ticketing experience with ServiceNow is preferred.ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:Excellent verbal and written skills.Ability to focus on accuracy and consistency of data and numbers is a prerequisite for this role.
