Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the Enterprise IT vertical, which includes leading brands in research, media and events. This role will focus on strategies and programs to enhance current products and expand into new areas. A successful candidate will understand the key audience and client personas and be responsible for designing products and experiences that are valuable to these personas and profitable to the business. Working closely across all functional teams, the position is responsible for products across the full lifecycle (market opportunity, product design, delivery/enhancements, execution).

Key Responsibilities

· Own and develop the strategy, product roadmap and product success metrics for the Enterprise IT vertical. Research and media will be the core areas of focus, with support also given to events.

· Develop an approach for continually gathering user feedback across the portfolio and incorporating that feedback to improve processes, experiences, and products.

· Working alongside business owners, develop the business case for new products and/or product investments.

· Continually monitor the market to understand competitor products and services to help inform future product development, product roadmap and pricing strategy.

· Foster a customer-centric, data-driven, agile, iterative, test and learn culture. Guide, support and coach colleagues on best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in product management, product marketing, or business strategy in technology market. Preference given to candidates with experience in research/subscription products.
  • Demonstrable commercial expertise including competence in financial modelling, analytics and marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a diverse set of stakeholders, internally and externally, and drive toward successful outcomes for the business.
  • Is externally focused, and able to demonstrate knowledge of the external market and competitor landscape.
