Description

We are now seeking a talented part-time remote Recruiter with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. In this position, you will help fill a wide variety of positions including Medical Review Nurses, Healthcare Data Analysts and Statisticians, Fraud Investigators, and Auditors. You will use our candidate applicant tracking system and other avenues to contact and connect with candidates. Experience with government contracting recruiting, healthcare recruiting, and HR duties is a definite plus. We are seeking a confident recruiter with excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment while being able to succeed and perform individually.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the hiring managers to assess hiring needs
  • Source internal database and external avenues for qualified candidates
  • Contact candidates over the phone and email
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Schedule video interviews using Microsoft Teams
  • Provide guidance and instruction throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Utilize multiple avenues to add to existing candidate pool
  • Attend recruiting and staffing meetings and trainings

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Experience with government contracting is a plus
  • Experience with healthcare recruiting is a plus
