You will also be passionate about Salesforce technology!In your main role at X-Rite, you will:Partner with global Salesforce Administrator to execute on X-Rite's CRM roadmapBe responsible for the global maintenance of Salesforce.com; including system configuration, security and compliance, creation of reports and dashboards, data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and integrity.Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:Strong global eye for businessTranslating business requirements into Salesforce.com system solutions using the best mix of declarative features and/or programmatic toolsAbility to work independently and with multi-functional teams to drive projects through conclusionYour Focus:Identify risks and timelines on Salesforce changes impacting the X-Rite Salesforce Org, such as security, Classic end of life, etc.Identify risks and areas for improvement, in support of the Roadmap and corporate initiatives.Engage with partners to gather & analyze requirements.Translate approved solutions into meaningful work, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, with 7+ years' work experienceSalesforce.com Sales + Service Cloud Administrator, with demonstrated abilityExperience in Lightning, ideally with recent Classic conversionBasic knowledge of Information Technology platforms and/or integrations such as ERP, API, SSO, test classes, JAVAscript, APEXExposure to additional SFDC platforms: Mobile, Maps, Pardot or Marketing CloudOur OfferWe grow talent; we give you the opportunity to develop your career based on your strengths.
