Remote Customer Service Rep
Are you a NY state resident looking for a full-time, remote position? We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for our inbound call center client as a work from home opportunity. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, manage and resolve customer questions and concerns, and enter customer information into a web database; all from the comfort of your home. Skills: -Answer approximately 75-100 incoming calls per day -Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand customer concerns and overcome objections while remaining calm to offer solutions to their inquiries. -Multi-tasking and ability to problem solve are essential in this role -Effectively communicate using consumer friendly and appropriate language

This unique, remote opportunity will have daily goals & metrics set and you will be recognized for your achievements. You must be a focused, positive professional, ideally with customer service and/or call center experience who resides in the state of New York. We have several different schedules between the hours of operation of 7 am to 9 pm, but ideal candidates will have open availability, including Saturday's before 5 pm.
