What you’ll achieve As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements. You will: Translate stakeholder’s business requirements in new or existing reporting/analytics solutions and collect feedback; you will act as a single point of contact for Data Engineering and operations team for your stakeholders Coordinate and oversee Data Engineering projects with high-quality outcomes and timely delivery Hold regular meetings with cross-functional team to collect requirements, prioritize development and drive adoption as part of an analytics portfolio and help identify the best technical & most scalable solution Focus on data quality of all deliverables Coach and mentor junior team members on the IT processes and technologies Determine future reporting requirements and strategic needs aligned to the organization and continuously monitor. identify and implement the best practices, new tools, and methods Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8+ years of related experience or equivalent skill; must include experience in a business analytics, data science or data engineering role and have an understanding of data modeling, infrastructure, statistical analysis and data science Excellent product management skills with expertise in analytical problem-solving techniques with the ability to operate within a dynamic, global, cross-functional, fast-paced, scalable & agile IT development environment Strong background in Service Now and / Or Azure Dev Ops (formerly TFS) processes Experience in SDLC processes for Story development and Prod Ops (Service Now) for Incidents, change management processes Exceptional presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills Experience with SQL, Python and visualization tools i.e. Tableau & Power Bi Experience working in Agile development environment, TFS, CICD (GitLab) Desirable Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or higher Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
