Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge in the following areas:

  • IT security management frameworks, especially ISO 27001, and how they are applied in the context of broader IT management frameworks and related systems and processes;
  • IT security fundamentals across multiple domains, especially privacy laws, investigations, and ethics; and
  • Functional knowledge of Client Contracts and Interaction in the context of a broader understanding of information security requirements and privacy laws and regulations.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with the following efforts:

  • Contributing to the development of new subject matter and technical domain expertise in the context of Client contract review and stakeholder interaction;
  • Problem-solving via continuous application of independent judgment and collaboration;
  • Influencing small teams or direct reports through work on projects and in teams, and through leading portions of larger projects;
  • Managing interactions with clients and suppliers, including engagement and third party vendor legal documentation and processes such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Request for Proposal responses;
  • Working with and leading efforts with contributors from multiple business, service delivery, and supplier teams;
  • Working with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) applications; and
  • Executing tasks related to Client contract review and stakeholder interaction with autonomy.
