Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter with at least two years of experience as a recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment of top talent for our health system. The full-cycle recruitment includes building relationships, reviewing applications, conducting behavioral based interviews, as well as completing the hiring process. Your direct experience with recruiting, hiring and building pipelines of candidates will allow you to successfully partner with hiring managers to identify the top candidates, while utilizing strategies to source qualified, diverse individuals to meet requirements for the positions from internal, external and referral sources.

The Work:

  • Complete intake meeting with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Manage the full cycle hiring process from on-line applications to offers. This includes reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews and behavioral based interviews
  • Represent Saint Luke’s Health System at college and community fairs
  • Give presentations at community events on behalf of Saint Luke’s Health System
  • Present a strong knowledge of policies and laws governing hiring practices
  • We are seeking someone who possesses the ability to build relationships internally with coworkers, hiring managers, and leadership and externally with schools, organizations and candidates. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Organization, quick response and attention to detail are required to be successful. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in recruitment. Preference given to those that have experience recruiting in healthcare.
