Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)As a Senior Data Management Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to build and maintain tools for mechanized system data updates, support Data Management by ensuring accurate client setups, data integrity, workflow rules, and billing rules. This is a position that affords you the ability to apply optimum access techniques; coordinate installation actions and build associated documentation. This person is an integral member of the Data Management team which provides the ability to set standards and controls that ensure data integrity. This individual will be part of a broader team that aligns with Finance to support business initiatives; drive data quality and measurable improvement to clean claim practices and related financial outcomes and must have solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups, and the ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects to meet tight deadlines.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates and implements more complex Data Management work items in test and production environments Create data quality measurements for standardization, consistency, accuracy and completeness for critical attributes Evaluates work item requirements for completeness and accuracy; identifies and resolves more complex issues Develops business rules for identifying data discrepancies; coordinates and implements steps for compliance Works with multiple business entities to troubleshoot and identify issues, gather requirements, and propose solutions for improvement Ensure continuity and efficiency by troubleshooting errors, evaluating data, and helping to maintain data integrity, including testing and analyzing data anomalies Creates and maintains step-by-step process and functional documentation Identifies the need for and actively builds or supports the development of tools for mass data maintenance in support of Data Management's change control process Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Create/Modify/Maintain system workflow rules Create/Modify/Maintain system billing rules Create/Modify/Maintain system forms/templates Work with management to prioritize business and information needs You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
