Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is looking for several remote Customer Service Representatives. The candidates must reside in Florida, however this position is 100% remote. Responsibilities:

* Call Center: answering phones/chats/self-service tickets, documenting tickets

* Work in a fast paced, high volume, potentially emotionally charged environment (callers may be frustrated, emotional)

* Agents will receive calls from Florida residents regarding their unemployment claims

* Experience working in a call center or help desk environment

* Strong customer service skills (call center, hospitality industry, etc.)

* Clear verbal & written communication skills

* Must be proficient in use of computers, i.e., basic computer functions, including proficiency in Office 365, internet access

* Experience in using a ticketing system

* Must have ability to work in an area free from distractions, with reliable highspeed internet, laptop/desktop and headset

* Must be a Florida Resident

* Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
