Bigtincan is the fastest growing business in the Sales Enablement space, and we are looking to add an amazing Sales Collateral Manager to our growing content organization.

We are looking to support all companies that can benefit from our solutions, which often means working on significant, seven-figure opportunities -- and this individual will play a vital role in helping those conversations.

You will spend each day creating compelling content (primarily sales decks and graphics), collaborating with other organization members, including content designers, sellers, marketers, customer success, and others involved in supporting these conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced PowerPoint skills to deliver one-of-a-kind masterpiece presentations that inspire prospects, customers, and your teammates.
  • Collaborate with other members of the organization to create sales materials in different formats such as PowerPoints, PDFs, graphics, and supporting other teammates working on other assets (e.g., videos).
  • Working collaboratively with the Office of Design, sales, marketing, content, and other teams to ensure consistency and clear representation of their work.
  • Use existing design standards for all content and provide valuable feedback on where new standards might be needed.
Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, determined, and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Can balance creative process with deadlines
  • Can work with different (less creative) people in different positions
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • The desire to master this role and take on new challenges
  • 3-5 years of presentation design experience
  • Familiarity or experience working with enterprise software is a plus
  • Digital portfolio required
  • Knowledge of standard industry software like Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Experience working within brand guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe CC and other design software
  • Capable of working well collaboratively as well as independently
  • Capable of simultaneously working on multiple projects with different deadlines
