SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The National Philanthropy Officer oversees the development and growth of a portfolio of non-New England based corporate and individual donors for the Museum's growing slate of in-school offerings, including EiE, the Museum's award-winning curriculum. The Officer is personally responsible for $2M-$4M per year to support a wide array of investments into various synchronous, asynchronous, and curricular initiatives, programs, and products. They will build a growth-minded philanthropic pipeline, creating a sustainable revenue stream for the Museum. The Officer will work with an array of stakeholders from across the MOS in School team and Museum, provide strategic advice to direct reports on their efforts to create compelling proposals for a wide-array of MOS in School funding needs, and to creatively match funding opportunities with prospects and existing funders. This position can be based in Boston at the Museum or fully remote.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Some evening and weekend work required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
STARTING SALARY:
Exempt (Salaried). $85,000-90,000/year
