Your Qualification:

  • You have >5 years of experience in the corporate world, ideally in investor relations or a finance function, alternatively in banking, private equity or the investment community
  • You know how a P&L works, ideally you understand valuation metrics like DCF and SOTP as well
  • You like dealing with numbers, it won't be the first time you are working in excel sheets
  • You enjoy driving projects and working together with other teams
  • You can handle a PowerPoint presentation, but it is not the only thing you want to be doing all day
  • Your English (and German) skills are fluent, and you enjoy making use of them
  • You know what "It's a people's business" means, despite we are working in finance
  • You get things done, work precisely and are result driven
  • You have a sense of humor and like having fun at work
  • You thrive when you are learning something new, achieving results and creating value

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown what kind of collaboration and performance is possible in a purely virtual working style. You are curious where we can take this: Executing a demanding job in a mostly virtual working style. Our headquarter is in Koblenz, but we just introduced a mobile work policy for our German operations and can offer full flexibility. For this position, office presence will be required once or twice per quarter only, interaction with the finance team is mostly online and via video conference. If you prefer to work in a hybrid environment, our offices are available anytime.

Your Contribution:

  • Project management for annual and quarterly reporting
  • Supporting IR events such as the annual Capital Markets Day and the annual shareholders' meeting and IR projects like share buybacks, capital measures, M&A
  • Handling and updating IR presentations
  • Handling of mandatory publications like ad-hoc releases, voting rights or directors dealings notifications
  • Peer group monitoring and analysis
  • Compiling analyst consensus
  • Managing and updating the IR website
  • Establishing and updating an IR factbook
  • Managing and improving ESG reporting
  • Preparing internal briefing documents such as investor profiles, meeting history
  • Managing external providers for conference calls, share register
  • Reporting to the Corporate Vice President Investor Relations
