As an Associate Business Process Analyst on this team, you will support a team that designs, analyzes, performs and executes business processes related to ensuring eligibility data is accurately and efficiently processed for Medicare Part-D Dual Special Needs (DSNP) members. Primary Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling, and improving business processes
  • Quality reporting, analysis, and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
  • Direct design, facilitation, training, and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis and reconciliation in a healthcare business
  • 1+ years of experience documenting processes and writing business requirements
  • 1+ years of experience prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience related to benefits, eligibility or coordination of benefits (COB)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • This is a non-exempt/hourly paid role. Must be willing to work core business hours and overtime, when required, at the request of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Live within commutable distance to Horsham, PA
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or health care operations
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D drug coverage requirements
