We are currently looking for a Customer Data Platform Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Hamburg/Munich team in full time. Start with immediate effect possible. In this position, you will set up and lead the CDP for a growing eduTech company.
Your tasks:
Obtain requirements from stakeholders for a CDP selection process and a product roadmap for the CDP
Translate business requirements into CDP use cases
Implement a CDP solution inhouse with your team or integrate a third-party-product
Successfully integrate the CDP with your team into the existing IT landscape
Give trainings on CDP use for your stakeholders
Your profile:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a marketing or CRM product manager, also possible data infrastructure project manager, e.g. in e-commerce / internet environment, in digital business
Experiences with CDP required - ideally integration of a CDP in a business
Deep understanding of working in a data-driven, agile manner as well as a ffinity for IT and a good understanding of requirements management for IT solutions
Experienced in stakeholder management (multi-stakeholder environment) and in this context very strong communication skills in english - German language skills are a plus
