We are looking for a REMOTE Customer Service Representative able to work various shifts starting at $14.00 per hour based on experience. Weekend availability is required.

Job Duties and Requirements:

* Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
* Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
* The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
* Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
* Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
* Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
* One year remote call center experience preferred
