Content & Communication SpecialistThe Content & Communication Specialist has a strong focus on all CentralSquare marketing content and will be instrumental in aligning our brand messaging across all platforms. The Content & Communication Specialist will be the primary copywriter across the Marketing team and will be comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and results-driven environment.Responsibilities: Create marketing communication including digital campaigns, website, social media, product/sales collateral, customer success stories, and more Review, edit, and proof content across all platforms ensuring consistency in brand, messaging, and tone Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to craft and hone language across a variety of contexts, ensuring end-to-end brand consistency Support internal and customer communication initiatives as needed Use and apply corporate brand book for appropriate voice, tone, and personality Participate in planning and creation of marketing content in support of programs and campaignsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field Exceptional copywriting skills Understanding of internal and external communications Ability to take messaging guidelines and convert to brand copy, style, and language 3-5 years of copywriting experience Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and online publishing tools Strong understanding of digital web platforms/principles Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate cross-functionally Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent time management skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with CMS, CRM, and Marketing Automation Platform is a plus Experience with project management tools
