We’re looking for a Marketing Transformation Program Management Consultant for APEX, a “bet-the-company big” initiative to transition Dell into the world’s leading Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider. What you’ll achieve This role is within our APEX Portfolio Marketing Transformation Team and will be responsible for program managing transformation initiatives, which require actionable strategy, efficient operations, and insightful analytics.The candidate will work with executive and management stakeholders across the CMO organization, including Product Marketing, Field & Partner teams, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Corporate Affairs, and Brand & Creative teams – as well as across the enterprise – to help execute on our north star vision. You will: Programmatically orchestrate and manage a subset of marketing workstreams to ensure alignment to broader mission (including detailed execution plans and deliverables) Work with other transformation program managers to ensure consistency and interconnectivity across workstreams, including tracking via dashboards and other project management tools Document, track, and mitigate any risks, dependencies, concerns, and issues to resolution to ensure delivery of rapid, sustainable change within program guardrails Leverage internal and external resources to build own content knowledge of industry trends Identify and surface strategic issues and opportunities in a clear and structured way Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8+ plus years of relevant work experience in program management & a bachelor’s degree Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to influence up, down, and laterally, to drive win-win solutions Business acumen and aptitude to discover and leverage impactful KPIs Executive presence, including verbal, written, and dynamic content creation and business communication Proven track record in delivering and managing multiple projects and priorities producing clear results and demanding both rigorous attention to detail and comprehensive solutions Desirable Requirements Domain expertise in as-a-service/Cloud market, agile marketing, marketing technology, business transformation, and change management Previous experience in Product Marketing, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or a similar field Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
