Helping to meet the financial challenges of an expanding addressable market ofconsumers, thePersonal Advisory Group will conduct thorough discovery sessions and deliver recommendations in line with customers' needs. How you will contribute to our team:Deliver advice and providesolutions to customers by phone or video chat.Educate and provide advice and guidance, including the delivery of investment, advisory, insurance and annuity product offerings.Deliver excellent advisory support and customer service for clients around financial needs.Effectively deliver Prudential's differentiating value proposition and empower clients to navigate their financial wellness in partnership with Prudential.Participate in pilot initiatives, as needed, in various customer experience efforts inclusively with Retail Digital, Prudential Advisorsand other Prudential teams or affiliates.Nurture customer relationships and close on leads through a strong lead management system.
