The Company:
Our client is a fast growing company selling their products across Europe.
Main duties:
To provide Customer Support for new and existing clients with orders, deliveries, payments and refund process.
The Role:
- To deal with IT related problems (mainly hardware related knowledge required)
- To provide technical support and IT helpdesk
- To maintain and develop the relationship with new and existing clients
- To maximise the sales on the European market (product advice)
- To organise, manage and track delivery
- To manage existing accounts
- To deal with aftersales enquiries and complaints
- To provide excellent standards of customer service
- To liaise with other departments internally to resolve customers queries
Do you like to build computers? Are you an experienced Computer Guru?
We are looking for IT Support Customer Service Team in West Yorkshire with option to work from home.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Fluent in one of the following languages: DUTCH or SPANISH
- Able to attend to the office for the first 2 weeks as a training
(company is happy to give support for travel and accommodation costs)
- Excellent telephone manners
- based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK
also if you have
- IT studies or interest or experience within IT sector, IT support
- Have relevant knowledge related to hardware and computers
- Previous experience in Customer Service (advantageous)
