The Lead Voice Solutions Architect designs and develops IT voice solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Lead Voice Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead Voice Solutions Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated solutions across interdependent technologies. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who bring considerable technical breadth complimented by technical depth, business aptitude, and the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of the capabilities and services the Contact Center team delivers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for engaging with Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Cloud Architects, Directors, and VP’s

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of technical infrastructure experience, or 10 years experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies
  • Experience implementing technologies with enterprise-wide impact
  • Experience supporting Oracle SBCs, SIP telephony, Avaya contact center, and Cisco CUCM environments.
  • Experience leading architecture design for emerging technologies.
  • Experience with communicating with senior leadership and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with automating processes using languages like Python.
  • Experience troubleshooting voice issues across the network
  • 2-5 years of experience with Cloud Computing & certifications in Cloud Technologies

  • 2-5 years of experience in agile development and work practices

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a Technical Field
  • Experience with software defined network
