We are an award winning marketing automation agency currently looking to hire a REMOTE Solutions Architect with expertise using/implementing Marketo. Description: The Solution Architect is a hands-on Marketo expert, with deep knowledge of the product. In this role, you will lead the technical portion of Marketo projects and provide best practices to our clients across the US.This role requires the ability to listen to and gather customer requirements, work with a team to determine the best solution, and build that solution in Marketo and other systems (CRM, 3rd party, etc).The Solution Architect will work on several customer projects simultaneously, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or related position, preferably in a B2B capacity Demonstrated expertise using Marketo in an advanced/admin capacity (Lead Scoring, Customer Lifecycle, CRM Integration, Lead Nurturing, Data Normalization, 3rd Party Integrations) Exceptional presentation skills to effectively train/educate both technical & non-technical staff, clients, executives, etc Knowledge of lead nurturing, lead scoring and sales/marketing organization alignment principles An ability to conduct detailed training sessions in Marketo Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL Visio, Access, Excel, Power Point Firm understanding of relational databases CRM Administrator Certification Marketo Certified Expert
