Sr. Search Consultant

Direct Hire Division/Account and Finance and Human Resources

Remote however this position will require travel to Chicago twice a month for meetings so must be in the Chicagoland area.

A Search Consultant sources, recruits, and places top talent with our clients on a direct hire basis and is responsible for growing new business within the direct hire division. 


Responsibilities:


  • Driven to become the best in the industry through association involvement, continuous learning, and networking.
  • Pursue companies that fit the Advanced Resources ideal client profile.
  • Represent Advanced Resources as the most respected staffing firm in our industry while differentiating us from our competitors.
  • Take the time to listen and understand our client’s challenges in order to collaborate on the right solution for current & future business opportunities.
  • Share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations with your co-workers.
  • Meet weekly sales and recruitment metrics that will lead to annual personal sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Develop new client relationships through effective daily planning, prospecting, cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Build relationships with future candidates through active pipelining and networking.
  • Consistently communicate with your candidates and clients to foster open, honest relationships.



What you bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or sales preferred or 4 years in Account and Finance or Human Resources.
  • Staffing industry experience preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of Business Development preferred.
  • Ability to independently organize work to meet established objectives.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations as well as all levels of staff.
