Here, you will make an impact by:Conduct monthly investigations on sales data to validate that all qualifying sales are flowing into SIP calculations as appropriateStay abreast of upstream processes that feed into SIP calculations, such as POS claim processing, chargebacks, chargeback resubmits, OTC billing docs, and changes to Customer and Product Master Data, etc. in order to understand how these areas impact SIP calculationsCreate advanced level BI reports, using custom variables to mimic Vistex logic. Use reports to track the accuracy of the data for current year and last year sales.Strong understanding of Vistex functionality; provide guidance and coaching for annual Sales Incentive Planning and oversee work done by extended team to ensure accuracy of dataWork with Sales Operations, Sales Leaders and SIP Business Group Leads to implement Sales Incentive Plans that meet the need of the Business and drive growthYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (Completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTwo combined years of experience creating, extracting, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables and formulas and/or previous direct experience in a Sales Incentive analyst role in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with key data sources such as Teradata, GEDW, and/or SQL ServerOne year of experience with Business Objects or Power BI Strong analytical and prioritization skills Ability to investigate a new issue until root cause is identified and then correctSAP / Vistex experience, or experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemProven ability to consistently meet deadlinesWork well in a Team environment and across Global Time Zones
