Open Systems is seeking a Back End / Full Stack Developer for a direct hire / permanent job opportunity.
The position is remote but applicants need to be “local” to Philadelphia for occasional trips into the corporate office.
Our client needs at least 3 years of experience with JavaScript fundamentals and significant development experience with RESTful APIs with NodeJS and reactive UIs with ReactJS. Must be capable of writing automated teste for JS application.
From the business side this role must be able to translate product requirements in technical specifications (Agile methodology; Scrum and Kanban). The right fit will also come with familiarity with at least one message broker (RabbitMQ or Kafka for instance), service oriented architecture patterns and some horizontal scaling patterns knowledge.
Great communication skills are important as there will be interaction with both our client’s domestic and international teams.
