We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representatives with a strong background in lead generation who can have peer to peer conversations with Prospects residing in the C-Suite. We aren't just looking for the ability but you need to relish engaging in peer-to-peer conversations with Executives across multiple business verticals. This is a challenging, but highly rewarding, opportunity for a committed and experienced SDR. Your ability to engage with top decision makers on the fly will be tested to its limits. You must balance both passion and knowledge of the marketplace while being able to navigate through companies effectively and win over stakeholders and decision makers.

You bring that, we will bring the tools, the information, training, and work life balance you need to ensure your success. 

Our SDR roles are 100% remote, unless you want to be in the office.

We have found the following helps people be successful here:

  • The ability to accurately identify the most appropriate decision maker/influencer within target accounts.
  • Engage senior executives in peer-level business conversations.
  • Secure key prospect information to identify qualified sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities.
  • Qualify the prospect, establish next steps and communicate important value propositions.
  • Accurately track and report all leads and other information in a proprietary CRM.
  • Meet lead generation targets.
  • Meet daily metrics of dials (average approximately 10 outbound calls per hour) and quality conversations.
  • Understand and effectively represent the client’s brand and value.
  • Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements.
