We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our IT department on a permanent basis as an Implementation Engineer. Our growing IT team has several exciting opportunities to support the growth and technological operations of the business. This customer-facing role requires understanding business requirements and configuring systems to meet them or creating development requests where new functionality is required.

What will I do?
Key responsibilities include;
* Establish and document technical project requirements in conjunction with the IT Manager and Development team.
* Research client issues, document findings and implement technical activities with help of the IT team.
* Collaborating with the business in order to deliver requirements and solve issues within the given time.
* Perform training for colleagues and Clients
* Conducting tests on the methods and procedures of implementation and design using the assistance of test instances, samples and models and formulating and arranging written papers.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills/experience:
* Experience in an on-site support role, involving desk-side support, software and infrastructure.
* Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
* Able to configure and administer case management and other systems such as Zendesk, Twilio, Botpress, Azure.
* The ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
* Good organisational, social and computer skills.
* Possess good project administration skills.
* Must have the ability to comprehend market needs
* Experience with and competency in writing/developing JavaScript.
What will I be paid?
We offer competitive rates of pay, the salary for the role is £25,00 t £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Where will I be based?
This is a fully home based position, however, you would need to reside in the UK
