Business Transformation Architect for Healthcare
The Business Transformation Architect for Healthcare will be responsible for driving thought leadership with their subject matter expertise of healthcare and dental operations, business architecture and technology - from presale through post sale - to establish confidence about their transformation journey onto the EIS Healthcare Suite. In this role, the Healthcare Business Transformation Architect will work with the Sales, Product Management, Professional Services and Healthcare teams to expand and execute with the go to market strategy and work with our prospects and clients to identify business value realization opportunities and transformation planning.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients during the sales cycle and serve as the primary Healthcare and Dental subject matter expert to establish alignment of healthcare challenges with EIS Healthcare solutions. Collaborate with Sales Solution Consulting to provide guidance with healthcare demo scenarios and requirements. Work closely with EIS Product Strategists and Product Development teams to align our products to healthcare's specific and detailed needs Contribute to healthcare sales, marketing and solution content and presentation development Work closely with the EIS Professional Services and Partners in support of healthcare transformation engagements As part of the Implementation team, work directly with new Healthcare and Dental customer engagements during implementation to ensure success and product alignment Responsible for ensuring health and dental customer implementations are aligned to the details of our product offering, while defining gaps and roadmap items Exhibit highly professional, client-focused behavior which supports EIS’s ability to build lasting, productive client relationships Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Payer Business and Technology transformation Successful transformation of Healthcare Payer operational processes within the following domains: Benefits Administration, Client Installation, Claims Management, and Enrollment. Successful experience working with senior executives in a company to address challenging situations Business case development in support of strategic initiatives Ability to understand and guide prospects,clients, teams and customers through solving complex business processes Deep consultative and facilitation skills Strong written and verbal communications skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability Travel approximately 25-50%, domestically and/or internationally, when it is safe to do so EIS Group is an equal opportunity employer (EOE), M/F/Disability/Veterans, andstrongly supports diversity in the workforce.
