We drive growth and success by providing the means for teams to discover and utilize their organization's best practices.Our Revenue team needs a powerful supporting application infrastructure to help it accelerate into the enterprise. As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be expected to contribute to and own major project initiatives as part of a broader Revenue Operations Team roadmap. You'll assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Apollo's data analytics system. Reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders in running analysis GTM teams in areas including customer product usage, pricing, retention, and engagement, etc. Your Role & Responsibilities- Lead strategy and execution of our analytics roadmap with the goal of scaling our data products to be more accessible, reliable, and digestible for all employees across the company- Help to build out the team of data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, products managers, marketers, and finance analysts to enable the company to deeply understand their problems and goals, and then design and prioritize solutions to help achieve those goals- Spearhead the integration of new data sources and platforms. Define analytics and visualization tooling requirements and if necessary, lead the vendor evaluation process- Develop frameworks to establish data governance and privacy compliance- You'll analyze our usage, conversion, adoption, and retention data and share actionable insights across all the GTM & product teams at Apollo.- You'll drive strategy for Apollo by identifying new opportunities that will make the product more intuitive and more enjoyable to use. You will provide these insights to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams - You'll partner with other product teams across Apollo to help estimate and measure the impact of our changes on growth as well as identifying other levers which can drive volume sustainably.- You'll proactively contribute to, own, create, track performance, keeping Apollo up to date with how it's tracking towards its goals and OKRs- Be a partner in data-driven decision making, product roadmaps, and strategic business planning- Leverage data to understand how our users interact with our product - and how they can achieve greater success- Identify possible gaps in our business and product, and initiate projects that will help us meet our KPIs- Improve access and visibility to our data by data visualizations - using various BI tools- Be a driving influencer on the use and application of analysis; deliver what's needed, and show what's possible- Conduct quantitative analysis of user behavior to uncover issues or opportunities to improve our customers' experienceExperience & Skills- 5+ years of experience working on data products as an analyst or data engineer with some product management experience- Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics or similar quantitative fields.- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of SQL- Experience with data reporting, visualization, and data warehouse solutions such as Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio. Looker preferred- Experience with data warehousing and ETL solutions such as Snowflake & dbt- Experience with 3rd party event tracking instrumentation (e.g. Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment, Heap)- Knowledge of Business Intelligence/Analytics data modeling and visualization best practices and techniques. Working understanding of database and data infrastructure principles- Experience with modern digital application communications and data transfer (e.g. internal and external APIs)Why Apollo?
