**Description****Position Overview:**The Talent Acquisition Specialist IV/Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of internal and external candidates for all Corporate and Field Salaried positions across the organization. This position will work in partnership with business partners, and be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost effective manner.**Essential** **Responsibilities:**+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, internal and external clients, candidates, vendors, community organizations and other stakeholders in order to have collaborative partnerships that produce predictable and successful results and maintain the credibility of the individual recruiter and the Talent Acquisition team+ Creatively source candidates through a variety of methods, including writing and placing attractive job postings, active use of social media, mining niche industry websites, college recruiting and general and targeted networking+ Utilize effective interview and candidate selection techniques via phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, in-person interviews, panel interviews and other methods+ Manages candidate relationships and communication through the ATS+ Builds passive talent pipeline+ Effectively screens and selects candidates that fit within given requirements+ Develops and conducts screening interviews+ Facilitates entire interview process from start to finish with Hiring Managers+ Extends job offers to selected candidates+ Helps manage the relationship with Job Board partners+ Reports and tracks metrics including Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Success per Source, etc.+ Oversees the pre-employment screening process for selected candidates+ Handles new employment orientation process for hired candidates+ Maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local laws as applicable to recruitment, hiring, and employment+ Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions+ Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the business partner's workforce plans**Required Qualifications & Skills:**+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university; equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered+ A minimum of seven (7) years of recruitment experience in a staffing firm or corporate environment+ Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network presence; knowledgeable about the use of Twitter, Facebook, and other social networking sites as they apply to corporate recruiting+ Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Taleo+ Prior hands-on knowledge of onboarding systems and processes**Working Conditions:**Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
