Responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to telephone and written inquiries from MO HealthNet providers. Must possess the ability to evaluate claims data and utilize MO HealthNet provider manuals to determine eligibility and payment determinations. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication customer service skills. Medical Billing experience required.
