about the opportunity

We are searching for a senior recruiter/talent acquisition manager to help us build life science organizations, working full recruitment life cycle to identify, assess and hire top talent. The role will incorporate sourcing and recruiting best practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and exceed client’s expectations.

day-to-day

  • Partner with functional leaders to hire top performing teams for mid to senior level roles within R&D and Clinical Research.
  • Incorporate comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction and development techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Partner with human resources and business leaders to foster an extraordinary candidate experience and meet overall talent acquisition/business objectives.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly desirable; preferably in a field related to business, human resources, or life sciences.
  • Minimum of five years in Life Science recruiting, with at least two years identifying and assessing talent for R&D and Clinical Research & Operations roles.
  • Prefer candidates with both recruiting firm (contingent and/or retained) and corporate talent acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of HR and employment laws.
  • Passion for fostering an exceptional candidate experience.
