Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Work Location: Remote (Rochester, NY)
Duration: Long-term contract

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors degree preferred

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions
  • Assist with opening requisitions, dispositioning candidates and creating offer letters in ATS
  • Prepare offer letters, relocation forms, referral bonus requests, and other recruiting correspondence
  • Submit, monitor and coordinate background checks, I-9s and the preboarding process
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and searches
  • Participate on special project as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong communication and Microsoft office skills, recruiting experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadline
  • Professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content over the phone and through written correspondence
  • Act with uncompromising integrity.
