Join a leading HR team, partnering directly with the Oracle Cloud and Technology Sales organizations. Partners with senior leadership on human resources strategy and practices, while leading organization wide programs and initiatives including Workforce Planning, Organizational Change/Transformation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning and Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization optimization Collaborates with business leaders to understand business needs and people priorities. Partners with business to design, integrate the organizational plan that sets up the business for future success. Executes and continues to monitor and evolve the design
  • Drive People Programs Identifies gaps in people plan and programs to drive growth and achieve our future objectives Drive people programs such as internal career growth and development, wellness and wellbeing, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and creating/maintaining an inclusive culture. Implements solutions and/or additional approaches based on the current state of business needs Evaluates internal and external drivers to culture and foster ways to retain talent
  • Voice of the employees Listen to employees regarding their thoughts on culture, work environment, and business direction and influence business to drive impact by making improvements in the areas of opportunity
  • Change design & management Identifies the needs for change and leads efforts in new or changing structures, processes, etc. Works with communication team to develop a communication plan and change management for the organization
  • Developer of Leaders Combining voice of employees, leadership assessments, and org survey to analyze and make recommendations on leadership effectiveness. Coaches leaders on inclusion, motivation, performance accountability, etc.
  • Strategic thought leader Learning and helping the business drive impact by assessing, interpreting, and presenting findings on organizational effectiveness while implementing solutions that will help drive business impact in the future
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression in Human Resources within a complex, global organization
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably working in a large global corporation, “High Tech” industry a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to tell a story using data. Experience creating analytics using Excel, and presentation design and delivery using PowerPoint, in support of HR and business initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel as needed (when our offices reopen)


  • Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

    Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
