An expanding technology company are currently looking for a fully remote Principal Engineer (React/Node).
Role: Principal Software Engineer (React/Node)
Location: offices in Scotland and Central London (this role can be fully remote)
Salary: circa £(Apply online only)K (flex)

The role:
You will lead and define the end to end lifecycle for your team's projects . This will include leading the strategic tech direction for your team - we empower our principals to have autonomy to make their own decisions so there is plenty for you to get your teeth stuck in to. We have plenty of Greenfield projects lined up! For example, you will get the opportunity to build our brand new backend system in Node.js. This is a hands on role, so we are looking for a leader who still enjoys coding. Naturally, we will expect you to support and mentor others to ensure efficient and high-quality code - there is scope for line management for those who want it.
Don't worry if you don't have all of the above tech, or if this is your first leadership role. This company will help their new engineers get up to speed quickly through a supportive induction programme and continuous training.
