JOB SUMMARY:

The Application Developer/ Sr. IT Security Specialist will enhance the IT security program including any security assigned engineering, threat and vulnerability tasks, identity management, Information Security Management or application security programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible to design, develop, implement and maintain the Identity management web development solution for Security Administration.
  • Required to perform on-site work as part of an implementation team to perform a full-range of technical tasks which include, but are not limited to, requirements gathering, analysis, architecture, solutions design, product installation, configuration, tuning, development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • May get project responsibility.
  • Accountable for the timeliness and quality of their tasks and assignments.
  • May be accountable for project results
  • On- call support rotation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design, develop and test software, working independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be proficient with object-oriented software development utilizing Scripting languages. Experience writing code in Node.js on Linux or Unix systems is a plus. Web development experience in AWS including deployment using ECS (Elastic Container Service) or EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
  • Knowledge of Intermediate to expert level skills (3-5 years) in at least two of the following scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, or Perl).
  • Strong database query experience in a relational database environment using MS SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience with Active Directory and LDAP, HTML, ASP, and XML is highly desirable
    Must have the ability to communicate across organizations.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA and other regulations regarding security administration would be a plus.

Education Required:

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent education and experience required.
