Osmose is currently seeking an Experienced Recruiter responsible for high volume recruiting to meet placement goals for new hires into the company’s foreman training program.

This position is located in Peachtree City with Opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes/applications and conduct job video-based interviews to identify qualified candidates; extends conditional offers of employment.
  • Facilitate job assessments and background checks in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting-related activities and records utilizing the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous related background required; experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to quickly establish rapport.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including scheduling features.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Well organized, self-motivated and confident to work independently.
