What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing:

  • Making daily prospecting calls and sending emails to health systems and hospitals and delivering the InJoy value proposition with a consultative sales approach.
  • Effectively following up on referrals and leads for new clients.
  • Upselling and growing relationships with existing clients, and building meaningful relationships as you bring on new clients and maintain those accounts long-term.
  • Partnering with the Customer Success team to ensure the client is served well.
  • Executing marketing and sales campaigns tied to product promotions and awareness.
  • Entering account, contact, opportunity and activity records into CRM on a daily basis so that anyone at InJoy speaking with a client can enter a conversation well-informed, and so that InJoy can make the right business decisions based on forecasting data from the system.
  • Evaluating your progress towards goals with the full sales team on a monthly basis.


  • 1+ year sales experience with demonstrated history of success, relationship development skills, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and relentless work ethic (within a balanced 40-hour work week)
  • Associate degree, certificate or equivalent experience and education in marketing, business, communications, or sales
  • Strong computer skills and database entry
  • Creative personality and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail paired with a customer service mentality
  • Willingness to succeed in a high performing culture
  • Strong organizational, phone/verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to encourage and adapt to change quickly
  • Experience in pregnancy, childbirth, or parenting education is a plus
