Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Retention Marketing to join our Marketing team.

About the role

As a member of the Growth marketing team, you'll own all marketing activities that are related to retention of our members within Individual and Family Plans, including sharing important plan design updates, communicating about year-end plan changes and supporting the ongoing review of our services to ensure that we reduce member pain and increase member delight every step of the way.

You will report to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national renewal strategy to support open enrollment.
  • Create and own omni-channel intra year retention strategy to support effectuation and member engagement campaigns.
  • Partner with the Sales and Growth teams to identify appropriate cohorts of members for targeted communications based on predictive churn modeling.
  • Build a communication plan & assets to help members understand year-over-year changes to their plan.
  • Partner with the CRM team for all campaign execution.
  • Manage the implementation and execution of all rewards programs and related engagement strategies.
  • Work with the Brand and Performance Marketing teams to execute creative campaigns that highlight product feature utilization linked to retention.

Qualifications

  • At least 6+ years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with product managers and data analysts
  • Experience working with brand strategy, creative, and legal teams
  • Experience with project management processes and tools (i.e. Monday.com, SmartSheets, etc.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with retention or loyalty marketing
  • Experience in a regulated industry like insurance, banking, etc.]
  • Experience supporting successful go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, in either the health or consumer space.
