SummaryThe Project Manager will develop project execution plans to ensure projects are set up for success. This role will work within the Modular group for MiTek's New Market Growth department.Job Responsibilities & RequirementsEvaluate fabrication drawings to ensure they meet each project's objectivesServe as the primary point of contact for all customer facing interactions on assigned modular projects which will include, contract management, plant commissioning and de-commissioning, project budgets, billing and project updatesTake ownership of projects success while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that each modular project runs smoothly with strong customer satisfactionManage project budgets to ensure baseline profit numbers are achievedManage project schedules to ensure projects maintain scheduleProvide quality oversight on projects to ensure overall project quality is maintainedCommunicate with leadership on project risks and proactively develop risk mitigation strategiesProvide subject matter expertise to other team members as neededRequirements:May require up to 50% travelQualificationsMinimum 7 years' relevant experience managing complex projectsStrong working knowledge of AIA contracts and payment application processProven ability to successfully manage construction project.Experience managing modular projects is a plusDemonstrated competence in reading plans, working with Revit models and value engineering construction projectsBS in architecture, civil engineering or construction management is a plus.MBA is a plus MiTek is an E-Verify and Drug and Tobacco-Free Workplace.
