In this role, you will be responsible for specific services, functions, and solutions available internally or as a supporting element of UHO's Digital Marketing Strategy. You will play a critical role in the ability to deliver products, services, or vendor integrations to market to potential customers, generate intelligent and organic leads for our agents, and track and improve our performance metrics in those marketing measures to best allocate Engineering resources to new ideas and improvements. Your touch points may include but are not limited to SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Digital Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Dynamic Marketing and Custom Outreach.

Your role requires alignment to business and/or product strategy, effective design and development, and ongoing management of capability portfolio across the full lifecycle to ensure business-specific or cross-enterprise impact. You will leverage market insights to monitor trends and external landscape, and to inform capability strategies and customer use case scenarios.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute against product roadmaps that focus initially on minimally viable deliverables, while contemplating the near and long-term future of our Marketing Strategy enhancements that increase that value over time
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain Team Backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Define, prioritize, and drive realization of specific product vision
  • Break down high-level features into detail-level stories consumable and testable by a scrum team
  • Lead solution analysis and design meetings for assigned projects and services
  • Diplomatic with effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Reviews, accepts, and prioritizes feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders
  • Act as a recognized voice of the customer to the team, on behalf of the business
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, capability analysts, developers, testers, and others to develop and execute against Product Roadmaps and Release Plans
  • Continuously and transparently communicate with internal stakeholders the prioritization of the Team Backlog and the status of development efforts via Product Demos and Release Plans
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams, and to their manager on development process, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision
  • Promote and drive Agile development approach throughout the work and team, providing direction and support to development and quality assurance team
  • Ensure that Scrum Team deliverables meet agreed-upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements and that the products meet the stated business need
  • Reviews output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria has been completed
  • Work with Capability Analysts and other team members to ensure the product functionality is appropriately documented
  • Run weekly intake, post intake, refinement sessions with stakeholders and Core team

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in product, project, or program management
  • 3+ years in leading teams to delivery of business strategy
  • 3+ years of experience implementing marketing and/or digital marketing projects
  • 2+ years of in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • 2+ years of excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with owning Marketing oriented projects or programs
  • Experience tracking success or friction in Marketing technology or campaigns
  • Experience with Rally or other agile management tool
  • Proven knowledge set of varied digital marketing strategies
  • Attention to details balanced with big picture strategizing

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
