PNI Media, a subsidiary of Staples, is looking for a Senior Product Designer who can be a core contributor in creating innovative customer-facing applications that provide dynamic business solutions for our partners. We make it possible for our users to craft personal mementos or create an identity for a business by making seamless and enjoyable experiences. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has extensive experience driving UX and UI design resolutions for multiple projects, is a detail-oriented problem solver, has a passion for user-centered design, and has a clear understanding of business goals.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Product Designers to plan the design process during a product lifecycle.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create rapid iterations that present many solutions to a design problem and show different approaches.
  • Establish a strong visual hierarchy reusing existing UI components, a cohesive layout, clear navigations, pixel perfect designs and interactions with an emphasis on following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

    • Qualifications

    Essential skills and experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in driving UX and UI design in web and multimedia software applications.
  • Portfolio of/experience with designing and shipping mobile and web products.
  • Previous experience using Agile in a design team. Familiar with SAFe framework is a bonus.
  • Experience with eCommerce UX design patterns.
