Contract - Law Enforcement Leadership Instructor (Part Time & Remote)
We have partnered with a Global Training Organization to lead a search for an Adjunct Law Enforcement Leadership Instructor.
In this unique Contract Role the qualified candidate will work remotely and travel as necessary to the training sites. A background in Conservation Law Enforcement is essential!
Must Have’s
Annually, the Adjunct Leadership Instructor shall assist in providing adaptive leadership instruction for two training missions at 15 days in each annually, two training mission at 10 days annually, and one training mission at 3 days annually virtually or in-person to train between 12 and 40 participants per mission. This position will be mentored by the Lead Instructor.
Between 1-30 days in advance of the start of each training session the Adjunct LI shall minimally provide a 1.5 day adaptive leadership/systems thinking peer group coach training course virtually or in-person.
The Adjunct LI will enhance international efforts to combat illegal wildlife trafficking by facilitating courses designed to achieve the following outcomes in alignment with the major goals of the organization.

The curriculums provide an overview of various wildlife trafficking topics which are reinforced through field exercises. The curriculums focus on techniques, investigative procedures, and conservation leadership. It encourages interaction between instructors and class participants and concentrates on exchange of information and techniques in combating wildlife trafficking using investigative techniques in US. The courses emphasize the importance of developing and maintaining national contacts to exchange intelligence between agencies, this open dialogue throughout these courses provides the opportunity for host nations to gain insights on specific wildlife trafficking problems being faced by the participating countries. The instructors offer techniques and methods available to combat specific wildlife investigative issues. This exchange of intelligence and cooperation on investigations is crucial in combating international wildlife trafficking.
