Real Estate Attorney
About the Role
The Real Estate Attorney is responsible to review, revise, and negotiate retail leases and amendments, perform contract review and administration and general legal tasks.
- Review and negotiate retail leases and lease-related documents
- Track and report progress of all leases and lease-related documents
- Research and summarize legal issues for real estate and construction teams
About You- Juris Doctor and law license
- Minimum 5 years' experience negotiating retail leases, in-house or as outside counsel; general corporate legal experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to establish productive relationships with internal and external partners.
