REMOTE Project Manager

Job Description

A Medicare/Medicaid client's cross functional PMO is hiring two REMOTE Project Manager to support two of their large growth opportunities. Daily this person will meet with the internal Medicare and Medicaid teams to understand the project scope and create project roadmaps across multiple project teams. This Project Manager will also communicate with their external clients within the States to present project updates, negotiate changes in scope and drive project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience influencing and motivating cross functional teams to meet deadlines and representing their company while meeting with external stakeholders within state/federal departments.

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting State and/or Health Plans

- Experience defining, planning and delivering project plans for large scale healthcare programs with multiple workstreams

- Recent experience coordinating and influencing teams to provide project scope and deliverables needed for a Managed Care Organizations (MCO's) to apply for new business opportunities within State Health departments

- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and negotiate project changes
